CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS
GENERAL:

When you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract provided to you.

Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer, the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014 / 29188), and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.

Shipping costs for the delivery of products are paid by the buyers.

Each purchased product must be delivered to the person or organization at the address indicated by the buyer within a maximum of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.

Purchased products must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order, and, if applicable, with warranty certificates, user manuals, or similar documents.

If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of the situation, and the total payment must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASE PRICE IS NOT PAID:

If the buyer does not pay the purchase price or cancels it through the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:

If it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment has been used unlawfully by unauthorized persons, and the sold product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE CIRCUMSTANCES:

If force majeure events beyond the seller’s control prevent on-time delivery, the situation will be communicated to the buyer. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or delay of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order:

For cash payments, the amount will be refunded within 14 days.

For credit card payments, the amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, although it may take 2–3 weeks for the amount to be credited to the buyer’s account.

BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

Before accepting the delivery of the goods/services, the buyer must inspect the product; damaged, broken, or torn packaging must not be accepted from the courier. Delivered goods/services are assumed to be intact and undamaged. After delivery, the buyer must carefully preserve the product. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product/service must not be used and must be returned with the invoice.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the product to themselves or the person/organization at the specified address, without any legal or penal responsibility, without giving any reason, by notifying the seller using the following contact information:

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

For services, this 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. Before the withdrawal period expires, if the consumer has consented and the service has begun, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

Costs arising from exercising the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller in writing via registered mail, fax, or email within 14 days, and the product must remain unused in accordance with the “Products Not Subject to Withdrawal” provisions of this contract.
EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The invoice for the product delivered to the buyer or a third party must be included. For corporate orders, the corporate return invoice must be included; otherwise, the return cannot be processed.

The return form, the product’s box, packaging, and, if applicable, standard accessories must be delivered complete and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS:

The seller must refund the total amount and return any documents that place the buyer in debt within 10 days of receiving the withdrawal notice and must collect the returned goods within 20 days.

If the product’s value decreases or return becomes impossible due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer must compensate the seller for the damage proportionally. However, changes or deterioration resulting from proper use within the withdrawal period are not the buyer’s responsibility.

If using the right of withdrawal reduces the campaign limit enjoyed by the buyer, the applied discount will be canceled.
PRODUCTS EXEMPT FROM WITHDRAWAL RIGHT:

Products prepared according to the buyer’s request or personal needs that cannot be returned, including underwear, swimwear bottoms, makeup, single-use products, perishable items, products whose packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons, products that mix with other products and cannot be separated, newspapers, magazines, instant digital services, intangible digital content, software, data storage devices, consumables, and products whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned. Withdrawal rights cannot be exercised for services started with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period ends.

Cosmetics, personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, copyable software/programs, DVDs, CDs, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) can only be returned if unopened, unused, and intact.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:

If the buyer defaults on credit card payments, they acknowledge that they are responsible for interest according to the credit card agreement with the bank. The bank may take legal action, and costs and attorney fees can be claimed from the buyer. The buyer is also responsible for any damages incurred by the seller due to delayed payment.

Credit card payments can be made online in one installment or multiple installments. The credit card will be charged at the end of the order process.
